Cancellation Policy

1. No subscriptions
Foner has no subscriptions or recurring charges. You pay per downloaded result, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring billing to stop.
2. Stopping use
You can simply stop using the service at any time. Any balance you have topped up stays available on your account until you delete it.
3. Account deletion
To close your account, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your files are deleted immediately and your personal data is erased. Any remaining balance is forfeited upon account deletion and is not refunded.
