Refund Policy

1. When you are charged

You pay per downloaded result. A charge happens only when you download a successfully processed result beyond your free monthly allowance.

2. Storage of paid results

A paid result is stored for 24 hours and then deleted irreversibly. Re-downloading after deletion is impossible, and no refunds are issued for results that were deleted after the 24-hour storage period. Please download your results right away.

3. No automatic refunds

Because a charge only occurs at the moment you download a ready result, there are no automatic refunds. Repeated downloads of an already paid result are always free while the files exist.

4. Balance and account deletion

Any remaining balance is forfeited when you delete your account and is not refunded. You are explicitly warned about this in the deletion confirmation dialog.

5. Billing mistakes

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us through our form within 30 days and we will review the case manually.
